How do I know which documents I need?

You can click ‘How do I know what I need?’ which provides a description of each document, or you can speak to one of our experienced consultants by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form.

Can the documents be customised and branded to meet my company needs?

Yes, Precision WHS will insert your company logo into your selected documents upon request.

Can Precision WHS assist us to set up our WHS processes?

Yes, one of our experienced consultants can meet with you to discuss your WHS needs including audits, inspections, or investigations such as Workers Compensation claims.

If I purchase the WHS Pack or the WFH Pack, can I add further documents to the pack?

Yes, you can purchase one of our Packs and then add any further documents you need to the pack.

Can I receive a discount if I purchase numerous documents?

Yes, if you purchase 5 to 9 documents, you will receive a 5% overall discount. If you purchase 10 or more documents, you will receive a 10% overall discount.

Can I have a WHS expert attend our work sites to complete an audit of what we need?

Yes, our WHS expert’s complete full reviews of WHS at many industry workplaces.

Can I return documents after I have purchased them and receive a refund?

Unfortunately, the return/refund of documents is not permitted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

If a document we require is not listed on the Precision WHS website, could you draft the document for us?

Yes, we can develop WHS manuals, forms, registers, templates, policies, and procedures.

Once I pay for documents, how long will it take for the selected documents to be provided?

You will receive the purchased documents within 24 hours of purchase.

If one of your WHS experts attends our business to complete an audit, will a report be provided?

Yes, a full report itemising all WHS risks will be provided. Precision WHS experts can also assist you to rectify any deficiencies.
